Psych Health was founded by clinicians who are dedicated to advancing mental health care. We wanted to create an environment where we could genuinely make a difference – helping patients get better, stay better and live better.

For me the best things are the higher salary than the NHS, security of a permanent contract, variety of referral sources. I also appreciate that great value is placed on clinical thinking and client need; if we can't meet a client's needs we won't take them on just so we can get payment for seeing them
